3. Current Research and Best Practices Guidelines for Combating Bullying and Protecting Victims

The effects of bullying can be severe and lasting. Fortunately, there are several efforts underway intended to address the issue of bullying. Our featured resource Bullying, Teen Aggression, and Social Media (BTASM) is devoted exclusively to understanding bullying, its causes, impacts, and complex dynamics, and to examining the most effective ways to stop it and prevent it. 4. Featured Research Brief: National and State-Level Prevalence of Adverse Childhood Experiences

A recently released research brief by Child Trends describes work done to identify the prevalence of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) among children from birth to age 17 at a national level. 5. Continuum of Programs

The Clearinghouse has placed 23 new programs on the Continuum of Evidence since our last newsletter, bringing our total reviewed to over 900 programs that can be used to benefit military families.
